I'm Maryle Malloy, the founder of Devotions. I'm a seasoned businesswoman, entrepreneur, and branding and design professional.

Other interesting facts from my long and well-lived life.

Shipping Information

  • USA: 2-5 days (Excluding Sundays)
  • USA Priority: 1-2 days (Excluding Sundays) (Shopify Only)
  • Canada: 5-10 business days
  • UK, most of EU (Shipped from Amsterdam): 3-7 business days 
    • Depending on the time of year, some EU orders can take up to 30 days to be updated by the local carrier. This is out of OUR control and is managed by the carrier. We can offer a remake; however, it's best to wait the extended time frame before contacting our support team. 
  • Australia, New Zealand: 8-20 business days
  • Rest of the World: 5-20 business days 

Returns and Exchanges

At Devotions, we strive to provide our customers with the highest quality products and services.

 We review all refund requests. Orders may be received that are not up to standard. However, this rarely happens since we make customized and personalized products to order. While we cannot consider refunding orders, we will consider issuing a remake at no extra charge.

Since all items are made to order, and many are personalized, we cannot offer refunds on orders if the error is not our responsibility.

 By purchasing with us, you agree to this policy. This policy applies to all products and services offered by our company.

 We understand there may be rare cases when you request a refund due to extenuating circumstances. In such a case, please get in touch with us at hello@devotionfashions.com to discuss your concern. Please be prepared to provide a photo showing the issue with your product.

 Your satisfaction with our products and service is important to us, and we will do our best to address any issues and find a suitable solution for all parties involved.
